Which track will you choose?

ESN Spring Training is a training event that aims at improving skills and knowledge of motivated ESNers. During this event participants will have the opportunity to learn more about one of two specific topics The event will be hosted by Swedish section ESN Malmö! This time the event takes place in Malmö! The third largest city in Sweden will be hosting this edition of the Spring Training between the 4th to the 8th of May 2016.

During the event, you will be following one of two tracks for the whole three days. It's up to you to choose! This year we will offer the following tracks:  Leadership and Communication

Please note that the focus of the tracks will depend a lot on your applications, expectations and experience with the topics. The training programme will be designed according to your needs. At this moment, however, we are unable to tell you the exact focus of the tracks.
 
Leadership can focus possibly on self-management, leading teams, or developing skills necessary to be a great leader, for instance. Communication can focus on interpersonal communication, external communication, negotiation or persuasion, presentation skills, etc. The trainings will be much more focused on one clear aspect of these big topics, and will not be a broad introduction to them, touching only the surface, as we believe learning truly happens when you go deeper. One thing is for sure: no matter what, the trainings will be of high quality and extremely fun! :)
 
The participation fee of this event is €130 for participants but does not include Sunday night.

The city
 

All roads in the gorgeous province of Skåne in southern Sweden lead to Malmö. The city is part of the expanding Öresund region and is joined to Copenhagen in Denmark by the mighty, arching Öresund bride.

For all the expansion, Malmö is a small, friendly city with a good choice of cultural attractions, including the new Moderna Museet Malmö. Look out for Malmö’s many quality restaurants and bistros and great cafés. And the shopping isn’t bad either, especially if you’re looking for Swedish design-ware and hip, new Swedish fashion labels.           

Approval, payment & other information
 
A first round of approval will take place in the middle of the registration phase together with the Eduk8 Team and every participant receives a confirmation e-mail once they are approved.

Please proceed with the payment as soon as you get the approval (not before!) and latest the 4th of March. All the bank details for the transfer will be provided on the invoice (see below).

Any spot that isn't paid by this date will be automatically cancelled by the OC.

Once you're officially approved, a new button will appear for you on the event homepage saying "generate invoice". It's as simple as that!

Invitation letter can be provided by selecting the respective checkbox on the initial page when registering.
