This is the event a lot of people have been waiting for: Eduk8 Starter! This is the first Eduk8 event of the upcoming grant year and it's the first step on a journey into joining the Eduk8 lifecycle! Eduk8 Starter will be taking place in Timișoara from the 20th to the 28th of February 2016.

The event includes a full 7 days of training, with the 20th and the 28th being the designated travelling days. Please keep in mind, it is crucial to be present for the full 7 days of training. The participation fee for this week is €180.
 
The registration procedure will be as follow:

Registration

Registration is in two parts and lasts from the 9th to the 29th of November 2015. 

  1. Step 1: Complete the basic event registration form HERE.
  2. Step 2: Download, complete and send the APPLICATION FORM to [email protected]
    • Please name the file with your first and second name: "JohnSmith.docx"
    • This second step is very important for the training and without it, you may not be approved as an official participant.
Approval
 
A first round of approval will take place in the middle of the registration phase together with the Eduk8 Team and is heavily based on your internal motivation and aspirations for receiving this training, as outlined in the second part of the application.

Every participant receives a confirmation e-mail once they are approved.

Payment, Invoice and Invitation Letter

Please proceed with the payment as soon as you get the approval (not before!) and latest the 13th of December, so make sure to ask Santa Claus to be extra generous this year!

All the bank details for the transfer will be provided on the invoice (see below).

Any spot that isn't paid by this date will be automatically cancelled by the OC.

Once you're officially approved, a new button will appear for you on the event homepage saying "generate invoice". It's as simple as that!

Invitation letter can be provided by selecting the respective checkbox on the initial page when registering.
