Registration is in two parts and lasts from the 9th to the 29th of November 2015.
- Step 1: Complete the basic event registration form HERE.
- Step 2: Download, complete and send the APPLICATION FORM to [email protected]
- Please name the file with your first and second name: "JohnSmith.docx"
- This second step is very important for the training and without it, you may not be approved as an official participant.
Every participant receives a confirmation e-mail once they are approved.
Payment, Invoice and Invitation Letter
Please proceed with the payment as soon as you get the approval (not before!) and latest the 13th of December, so make sure to ask Santa Claus to be extra generous this year!
All the bank details for the transfer will be provided on the invoice (see below).
Any spot that isn't paid by this date will be automatically cancelled by the OC.
Once you're officially approved, a new button will appear for you on the event homepage saying "generate invoice". It's as simple as that!
