Dear Participant,
Registrations for the Eduk8 Forward Czech Republic are open until the 16th of June 2019, 23.59 CET.
The event will take place from 9th to 18th of August and is aimed at Eduk8ers who wish to further expand their training abilities.
It includes 9 days full of training, with the 9th and the 18th being the designated traveling days. Please keep in mind that, as it is usual for Eduk8 Events, it is crucial to be present for the full 9 days of training.
Registration is in two parts:
Step 1: Complete the online registration form here, until the status shows "Complete".
Step 2: Complete this application form and send it to [email protected]. Please name the file with your first and second name (Ex: "JohnSmith.pdf"). This second step is very important for the training and, without completing it, you may not be approved as an official participant.
The participation fee is 270€ and it includes 9 nights at the Student Housing from Friday (9th) to Sunday (18th), breakfasts and warm meals for the days of the event. Please remember that you should pay as soon as you are accepted, not earlier, and you have 7 days to do it. Your final registration is confirmed as soon as you upload the proof of payment and we received the fee.
